A developer reads your answers and prepares a scope, a timeline and a cost. Not a template with your name in it.
We talk it through
A call to go through the proposal, push back on anything that does not fit, and agree what happens first.

The questions get more specific as you go. Where you are not certain of an answer, give us your best estimate and say so in the comments at the end rather than leaving it blank: knowing roughly is useful, and knowing nothing is not.
