How we work

How a project runs

Every platform runs through the same sequence: discovery, architecture and content modelling, development, migration, QA and accessibility testing, launch, then support afterwards. Each stage is estimated in writing before it starts, so you can see what every part costs before committing to all of it.

Projects behind the capabilities

Financial services platforms. Multi-Prêts, Mortgage Alliance, Invis, Mortgage Intelligence and Intelligence Hypothécaire are five brands of the M3 Tech group on one shared codebase, with a Gutenberg block library in the parent theme, broker back ends and calculators, broker, office and franchise data read from the client’s own CRM over an authenticated API, and hosting consolidated behind a build pipeline. They are the evidence behind enterprise WordPress, API and system integrations and modernization. The last of the five is the French-language platform in the same family, which is also what bilingual delivery looks like in practice.

Custom platform and commerce. iAmEvolving® is a commerce, newsletter and course platform built with Stripe, token-based digital delivery, generated PDF invoices and thirty-five custom blocks, deliberately without WooCommerce. It sits behind custom development and commerce, where knowing when not to use a store platform matters as much as the build.

Membership and community. Doolittle Lake Club is a members-only portal with role-based access, document management, a calendar and external data integrations. Controlled-access platform work rather than a public website.
